I have inhabited Grande Court for 7 years. During that period, we have had a few managers and a couple of proprietors. I must admit that the current manager (Al) has really improved since assuming the role. Of course, there are issues with cockroa I have inhabited Grande Court for 7 years. Of course, there are issues with cockroaches (not every person keeps their home tidy), but all I have to do is ask for the exterminator to come out, and he does, quickly. I did have a problem with my A/C malfunctioning but they installed a new unit which fixed the problem. In my estimation, the apartments are roomy. You can hear talking, climbing stairs, and other noise from the walkways, but I just ignore it. Management has had difficulty finding and keeping maintenance workers, but this has never hindered me from getting anything repaired. The yard is kept neat, some might complain about the noise from the lawn mowers and leaf blowers but I view it as...at least somebody else is out in that heat mowing and it isn't me. Haha. My only grievance would be that the pool is not kept clean and it is often locked when I attempt to go for a swim. Still, it is a pleasant place to live. I have good, quiet neighbors. I try to respect them and they do the same. more ... hide ...

Bad children and the managers son is so rude and knock s at my door constantly everyday not knocking banging

This is not a horrible place to live however there are real issues at this property But it is more reasonable than any other properties in the area With a price it is satisfactory but that is about it

I visited looking for a place to stay no one ever called me back but I here from other people that just moved in a friend she likes it there its nice so I cant say anything bad about them
