I feel incredibly frustrated with the situation at Sunset Pointe 1160 NW 79TH STREET, MIAMI, FL 33150. For a month, myself and other residents have been without cable, internet and phone services. For a month, myself and other residents have been without cable, internet and phone services. I was told that the only cable company available to me was Comcast, however when I tried to arrange set-up I was informed that the address did not exist and that they don't provide services to this area. This has meant that I have been unable to access cable, internet or phone services. I have had to purchase a wifi hotspot and passes which has cost me a total of $165 in the last month. This expense was unexpected and I feel that I was not given accurate information. To resolve the issue, I would be grateful if I could be told the truth about why our address isn't recognised by Comcast or other Florida business listings. This is very worrying. Additionally, I have heard that some people have yet to receive a lease. This is even more concerning. On top of this I was nearly bitten by a small white dog being walked by a Hispanic/Latin woman, and the smell of my neighbour's weed is coming through my bathroom vent. I was under the impression that dogs were not allowed, and this was meant to be a non-smoking community. I feel as if I have been lied to. I am hoping for a response from the community and a resolution to these issues by Friday, before I have to seek help from amore ...hide ...
Lived here for over 6 years the management staff here is great and the Maintaince team is awesome never had an issue living here felt safe even though outside elements get in the complex there is no way to stop everyone that shouldnt be here but the Lived here for over 6 years the management staff here is great and the Maintaince team is awesome never had an issue living here felt safe even though outside elements get in the complex there is no way to stop everyone that shouldnt be here but the neighbors here look out for each other you might not be able to control outside the gates but here it is clean and well maintained the management make sure to follow up on people and following the rules You might read some negative reviews about here but trust me if all you want to do is come and have a nice place to live this is the place dont listen to people rambling how they hate the placepay your rent follow the rules dont damage where you live and have respect for your homemore ...hide ...

Came to visit family not even an hour here and they tow the car. The visitor parking sign is hidden behind branches of trees and they expect you to see.
