As there was no apartment number and the phone not functioning, I requested the older, thin, white manager in the front office to call up to let them know their order had arrived. Unfortunately, I was met with a rude attitude and treated like I didn't get how rental rules worked. Though I understand you can't give out customer info, that's why I asked if she could call herself. She coldly told me to go sit in another room and wait for ten or fifteen minutes; if not for what kind of order it was, this wouldn't have been such an issue for me. It became clear that after signing a contract with them they don't care about you anymore as her indifference towards another human's needs showed today. If you live here beware before signing any contracts - so as not to be stuck somewhere unwanted and dismissed like your concerns or requests are unheard of. Update: it turned out the delivery was meant for an employee; while the first person wasn't helpful at all, a second one proved more matter-of-factly helpful instead. more ... hide ...

Greatest Apartment Ive ever lived in The place alone is worth the money The amazing staff in the office and the maintenance team are all on the ball I definitely dont plan on going anywhere anytime soon
