I resided at San Marco for three years and the apartments were wonderful, and the maintenance staff was quite helpful. The initial ladies at the office were very amiable and accommodating. However, after the staff changed, they were not as pleasant. I resided at San Marco for three years and the apartments were wonderful, and the maintenance staff was quite helpful. The initial ladies at the office were very amiable and accommodating. However, after the staff changed, they were not as pleasant. On arriving, I was informed that once I provided proof of income, I would not need to do it again. Nevertheless, the new personnel made me do it every year and would give me a two day notice, telling me that if I didn't come in those two days, eviction was a possibility. I work full time and usually work during their office hours, and yet they were unsympathetic to my job commitments. They should devise a better strategy than this. When my lease concluded, I wanted to leave quickly, and it seemed that once they had a long waiting list, they neglected to be friendly. The apartments were great, but the staff needed to be improved. Parking after 5:00 p.m. is problematic; be sure to bring comfortable walking shoes as only the spots up front remain. more ... hide ...
