Teenagers are messing with people's cars, homes are being broken into, no parking spots near residents' doors, and pet owners are letting their dogs poop in front of other people's doorways without noticing. Every weekend, there's a group of teenagers running around, making noise behind the office. Maybe I'm expecting too much from a place that wasn't like this before, but it's just getting worse with each new management. The current landlord is no better; they make promises but don't follow through. Right before the funeral of my best friend Chris Dukes on September 1st, his family said that there were some Hispanic youths across the way being disruptive, drinking, smoking weed, and shouting until two in the morning, even putting their drinks on people's cars. That's why I agree with the previous comment, they don't show any respect for the dead, the living, or the elderly. I'm glad I'm not there anymore or else there would be a problem if I saw such disrespect. Redland Arms definitely needs a change! To start off, they need to get rid of the bad people and have police patrolling the area, especially on weekends and when the office closes during the week. Nice and clean neighborhood and the grocery store is conveniently close by There are cameras too so i feel alot safer Our landlady is super nice as well
