I have lived at Charleston Club for several years, and when Concord Management was running it, it was subpar at best. The leasing office was barely open for 2 hours on 2 days a week, and the community was falling apart. The leasing office was barely open for 2 hours on 2 days a week, and the community was falling apart. I moved back in 2021, and Peak Living has taken over management. There has been a complete turn around - the office is open during normal business hours, phone calls and emails are always answered promptly, and major improvements have been made to the complex. The property manager Shanna keeps residents up to date on all upcoming information, from full compactors to inspections. I had a problem with my A/C that was handled promptly by the maintenance manager Johnathon on the weekend. My leasing officer Eilyn walked me through every step and answered all of my concerns before Peak Living even became the management company. Horrible complex Dirty hallways Bad kids Terrible leasing office employees Trash compactor consistently broke which causes a mountain of trash on the sidewalk every month Horrific complex
