However, the way this place is managed is an utter farce. I have many things wrong with my apartment and when I request a repair, nothing is done. My dishwasher has been broken for over a year, one of the kitchen lights has been out just as long, and now my AC has been out for a week with no progress. It's over 90 degrees and they don't seem to care. This is a place that only steals money. I feel embarrassed for wasting my money here. **UPDATE** If I could give them a lower rating than 1 star I would. These people are scoundrels and drug addicts. It took a whole month for them to fix my AC and they only gave me a portable AC 4 days before they finished. I have seen numerous drug deals taking place right in front of my apartment. Moreover, if you know anything about the law, they avoid calls and just take your money. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. You are probably better off living in a box behind a store. The bug problem here is the worst I have ever seen, with hundreds of roaches. Of course, they do nothing about it. This place is a joke and the people who manage it are a joke. Save your money and stay at a hotel. Anything is better than this horrid place more ... hide ...
