110 would not recommend Due to them rushing to rebuild after the hurricane multiple apartments arent able to get wifi cable because they refuse to pay to run the wires I have been living here since February it is now Late May I still havent receive 110 would not recommend Due to them rushing to rebuild after the hurricane multiple apartments arent able to get wifi cable because they refuse to pay to run the wires I have been living here since February it is now Late May I still havent received a mail box key when I made them aware of the issue I was told there are people that has been living here more than a year with no mailbox key Many AC units arent working properly some apartments have a mold problem I moved in with a newborn baby the filter for my AC looked like it hasnt been changed in a very long time in which I had to do myself because maintenance never showed Doesnt take responsibility for any of the issues Many things are backed up corporate fails to communicate more ... hide ...

If i could give a negative 100 i would Miserable place they praise the nasty low life ppl who live there and evict the ppl who actually try to make it decent

They do not have maintenance staff things that one reports damaged and they do not repair them or they take a long time Neighbors that one reports to the police for not letting sleep and the administration cannot do anything about it
