Ive lived here from 20032007 20082012 and 2020 to the present The apartments themselves are awesome Huge living room huge master bedroom with half bath and walkin closet Great location just a minute from Route 13 Route 1 downtown Smyrna Lake Como The Ive lived here from 20032007 20082012 and 2020 to the present The apartments themselves are awesome Huge living room huge master bedroom with half bath and walkin closet Great location just a minute from Route 13 Route 1 downtown Smyrna Lake Como The downside Your neighbors Since this is lowincome housing be prepared for constantly smelling pot burning food candlesincense trying to cover up the pot smells people shouting and fighting babies screaming fights in the parking lot and loud music Oh and false fire alarms about once a month that force you out of bed at 3am where you have to sit in the parking lot for an hour until the fire marshal gives the clear If they could clean up the quality of tenants this place would be a lot nicer more ... hide ...
