If i could rate in the negatives this apartment would be the lowest of the low This was the absolute worst apartment I have ever seen in my life If I had the time to look around I definitely would have The management team is unprofessional unresponsi If i could rate in the negatives this apartment would be the lowest of the low This was the absolute worst apartment I have ever seen in my life If I had the time to look around I definitely would have The management team is unprofessional unresponsive rude and need to be replaced I honestly hope that with all of the construction going on around DC this is one of the places they demolish They have rodent problems bug problems and the buildings are poorly designed The rodents own the place and you just have to be okay with it Maintenance dont care about whether your issues are taken care of or not because they get paid either way Management lie about everything parking is horrible and they have their priorities completely screwed up I honestly hope these buildings get torn down because people should not be subject to the living conditions that these apartments sadly provide Do not rent here Take your money elsewhere because once you move in they will ignore you more ... hide ...
