The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors' television from above. I have reported this issue, but nothing has been done. These apartments are overrun with mice and roaches, and it doesn't matter how clean and organized I keep my unit. Bombing the pests is ineffective since they just run to the next unit and come back. When I filled out the website form to choose either hardwood floor or carpet, there was no mention of an extra $30 fee until I received my lease. The parking lot requires a permit, but people are parking there regardless. Marvin is extremely disrespectful and messy, and I will be reporting him. Additionally, there is a public code to get into the building, but the key to the building door is still available, causing extra traffic and problems for the people who actually live there.
