I went to see my 87 yr. old Mom that lives there today as I normally do several days a week. Well today I was outside 6 feet from her and a rude worker there said I can€™t be there as the faculty isn€™t allowing thisI went to see my 87 yr. old Mom that lives there today as I normally do several days a week. Well today I was outside 6 feet from her and a rude worker there said I can€™t be there as the faculty isn€™t allowing this! Mean while at the end of the parking lot a family had gathered with cake and other residents...some had no masks while others were not 6 ft. apart. Now a aide came over there to tell me I didn€™t get special person as these residents did. She never said a word to them but asked me to leave! I proceeded to walk back to my Mother who was upset I had to leave and told her I would follow through with a Superviser...I called the head nurse and I€™m waiting a call back! This is clearly wrong...I am happy the other family was together but my Mom is depressed with what€™s going on and how she had to live isolated due to corona. This faculty needs to have consistency not a bunch of idiots working there! These people have no hearts let alone a soul. SMHI had a pic but I can€™t post here!more ...hide ...
The apartments are decently sized. The walls are thin enough for you to hear your neighbors TV if it were up loud enough. The only pros to living in these apartments is the heat and hot water included in rent, as well asThe apartments are decently sized. The only pros to living in these apartments is the heat and hot water included in rent, as well as maintenance maintaining things. My worse experience was with the management. For them to be dealing with so many peoples livelihood, they are quite insensitive and lacking in compassion and empathy as they care more about the money than the person. Its a business right?. You get less than 24 hours when they wish to enter your apartment. At least maintenance is friendly.more ...hide ...
