I have been living here for three years and this is what I have to say. You will be constantly asked to come in and sign papers that have been "missed" (or misplaced by the office) and nine out of ten times they will not respond to your call. The staff is in a perpetual state of change, and the information you receive from the different staff members will never be the same. They will charge you for their mistakes, even if they confess their errors. Instead of calling you to explain the audit that revealed their mistake, they will add a balance to your account (despite the fact that I have paid my rent in full and on time every month I've been here) and leave a notice on your door giving you thirty days to pay. They will also not provide you with contact details for their supervisors. I'm not sure if this lack of organization is due to the parent company or Melinda and her team, but my experience in the past month has been a nightmare. I'm relieved that this will be my last month here. The rent is cheap for the area, but the inconveniences and the hostile behavior of the staff make it not worth the trouble. more ... hide ...

I called today and spoke with Amy she was vey helpful even though they didnt have anything available she took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through the process
