Additionally, an office worker warned me not to make any negative comments about them, citing idle gossip as the reason; this was a form of intimidation. Furthermore, the office staff was oblivious to the necessity of replacing furnace filters, which I had to draw their attention to. Even after I had moved in, they refused to fix the non-functioning oven because they were busy readying vacant apartments for new tenants.
