I see more than a few negative reviews here Do not let them deter you from looking into Mesa Gardens for a future home I have resided here since March 2021 have not experienced any issues directly related to the property managers of facilities In fa I see more than a few negative reviews here Do not let them deter you from looking into Mesa Gardens for a future home I have resided here since March 2021 have not experienced any issues directly related to the property managers of facilities In fact I greatly appreciate the management team here Sheila Pilar are polite efficient willing to work with you if need be Person opinion here but any negative remarks here are likely coming from less than quality tenants With that being said this is lower Eastside Pueblo and there are some crime issues in the area but Mesa Gardens does their best to prevent that from affecting the tenants here The complex is clean and tenants are held to standards I am new to CO and consider this to be my starter apartment until I find a permanent sale home I my family are very happy satisfied with Mesa Gardens as a whole more ... hide ...
