Unfortunately, I have submitted my notice to vacate, as this place is no longer a place I can call home. The management is always changing, as they are unable to treat their tenants or staff properly. Since Conam has taken over, I have been very disappointed with the transformation. Thankfully, I have kept all my paperwork since the day I moved in, as I would have been required to pay a large sum of money without justification. Whenever I have provided evidence that I am in the right, the problem is immediately forgotten. If you have to move here, make sure to keep all documentation and have a lawyer on hand just in case they attempt to accuse you of owing money without evidence or give you an unjustified 3 day notice. My review two years ago - This is, by far, the best place I have ever had the honor of living. I was in a rush to find a place to live, and the wonderful ladies in the office did all they could to get me an apartment as soon as possible. They quickly provided me with all the information I needed to be able to move in, and they were a pleasure to work with. The apartments are quite spacious and reasonably priced. The maintenance staff is very attentive to any issues that arise. I am delighted to call The Woodlands my home. more ... hide ...
