Sombra from the leasing office deserves special recognition for her helpfulness and for taking the time to answer all my queries, making me feel valued as a tenant. My son, who is nine, can roam freely and do his schoolwork in the community room as the premises are secure. I'm also content with the amenities of my apartment, the colors, and the fact that I can come home after working 50 hours a week and feel at peace. The neighbors are friendly, each with their own way of living, and I can live with the occasional music, parties and kids running around. The only downside is the limited parking for guests, as the street spots that are supposedly "public" are owned by the condo owners nearby. If La Moraga could provide more guest parking, that would be great.more ...hide ...

Somebody stole my package from my apartment around 3 pm really sad I live here from the opening of the complex and I see how is going down the quality of environment and service really sad how the neighborhood is getting worse each year
