My husband is not working at the moment but I am still working at the same job I started working for in Jan 2000 as a Temp I was hired fulltime in May 2000 by J amp H Copy Service and am still employed there 20 years later PreCovid I was working 40 hours a week in office but now am working about 20 hours a week remote at a coworker039s house I cannot work from home at home right now as we are currently living in a studio and since I work with medical records and have to be HIPAA compliant there has to be a door between me and anyone else in the house which is why we are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment We have been supplementing with Unemployment but the Stimulus which was paying the rent at our current address is no longer being provided Since we also have Calfresh food stamps for food my income alone will cover the rent while my husband looks for a job

The maintenance staff on site is incredible and extremely responsive to any issues that may arise. The apartment complex location is extremely quiet with and within two blocks of a large shopping center anchored by Stater Bros, Noahs Bagels, Jamba Juice, Dunkin Donuts, and Hoag Hospital urgent care facility. Across the street is a new OC Fire Station. The grounds in facilities are kept impeccably clean and well manicured. My mothers apartment, located adjacent to a large swimming pool Jacuzzi and barbecue common area, is extremely and surprisingly quiet. Most residents either sunbathe, swim quietly, and or read books.
