I would give it 5 stars but I cant It is low income but its not kid friendly I say that because its no where for them to play at all They have good resources here that helps us with the things we need Its just not friendly for kibs
Mercy housing authority with section 8 vaucher are not working with me on my beneficiary account and they try to evict me They have the worst costumer serviceiwas to live from this Caroline severence Manor facility of housings
there are many units are smoke inside of building so can not open window also many kids living in this apartment but management are not take care of smoking units
i had a voucher but could not find a unit with in the price range thier were no single units or one bedrooms available from ventura to simi valley i am on disability for 3 ruptured discs but i can go up stairs and i am also 57yrs of age and qualify for 55 plus units i have been homeless for 15yrs and desperate for help i wish to start a life where i have a place to call home with bed shower toilet kitchen sink and ability to leave lock door go exercise go to school go see mom and to just be normal i do not do any drug or cigarette or alcohol i enjoy nature and wish to attend ventura college or other college near where i can live and i am open to any unit where i can pay 30 of my income on rent my income is 1680 per month currently i am homeless living in car i am willing to live anywhere thank you **full.name.hidden** **phone#**hidden** water air and land at gmailcom no spaces
