The office personnel is not very friendly Was in recently to apply for an apartment and was given very minimal information Was given the app to take home When I returned I was informed that the app needed to be signed in her presence Also was tol The office personnel is not very friendly Was in recently to apply for an apartment and was given very minimal information Was given the app to take home When I returned I was informed that the app needed to be signed in her presence Also was told to get a money order for both the credit report and holding fee only to come in and be told it should have been two separate money orders Best to get a cashiers check in case you are turned down In my case it was because I dont have any established credit and they will not tell you why you are turned down but will give you a number to call since it is very difficult to get a money order refunded All this would have been much better received it the person SS wasnt so stoic and impersonal Made the whole experience uncomfortable Just a word of caution to potential renters more ... hide ...
