The management has severe discrimination issues - if you are young or of color, you will be held under a magnifying glass. There is a problem with some disorderly youths and the office has done nothing about it. Today, I was told not to leave the front of my house while walking my dog as they believed I was one of the problematic youths - I only leave my house for work. As a young African American man, it was clear that I was discriminated against based on my appearance. I suggest the owner look into hiring a more hands-on and educated staff as the customer service is weak and I was considering consulting a lawyer. It is not secure to go outside due to the environment of the apartments, the office has created. The playground is hazardous due to the absence of office interference - a six year old found pepper spray on the playground and had to spray herself with it. Do the right thing and protect your kids, as well as yourself. It is hazardous to be profiled, especially in your own home. Where else am I expected to feel safe? more ... hide ...

I do not recommend moving to this complex. The water quality is poor and the air quality is always bad. The windows are old and let in sounds from outside that flood the home, the walk ways are always flooded, and the pools are not heated. Additional I do not recommend moving to this complex. Please guys dont live here All the apartments are infested with bed bugs They will treat it once then say its your fault but to be honest I always see mattress by the dumpster full of bed bugs and cabinets and they crawl out of the outlets
