The landlord is changed every three months and the place is currently deserted because the prices for the studios and one bedrooms are too high for the area. In addition, rent increases are unreasonable and some landlords will take your money without giving you a receipt. Cars newer than 2000 are also at risk of being stolen and there have been several people mugged in front of the building. To top it off, homeless people defecate at the entrance.
