I have been residing here for the past 12 years and used to enjoy it a lot. The inhabitants are kind and I have had no issues with them. The gardens are kept nicely groomed. The cleaner does not keep the premises tidy; there is generally urine and trash in the stairwell which is the tenants' fault, but she is supposed to clean it up. The prior lady tidied everything, yet this particular one is idle. The repairman looks miserable and is careless, leaving oily handprints everywhere and water on the floor after fixing my washer and dryer, but not clearing it up. He painted the hall and left paint stains on the floor and did not even finish the ceiling, which he had started almost a year ago. I have complained about him and nothing has been done. The management and personnel transfer to other apartments and condos every 3-5 years, however, the management keeps its staff so they are all buddies with this sloppy person and won't dismiss him. Furthermore, people from other buildings park in our visitor parking, so it is impossible to have visitors unless they park at the light rail station which is half a mile away. more ... hide ...

I like the way I have my own space and I have more privacy to But I dont like the way I do not have much parking lot for my caregivers
