I don't want to leave a bad review since the personnel and management are great, but the parking situation is a real issue. Recently, the whole complex was made to have a fire lane around it and unfortunately, there is just not enough parking. Recently, the whole complex was made to have a fire lane around it and unfortunately, there is just not enough parking. Every night I come back from work, I have to drive around the complex, hoping to find an empty space. Occasionally, I'm stuck parking in the fire lane, and I have already gotten a parking ticket. The complex then sent out an email saying they would start towing cars at the owners' expense. My roommates rent a garage and park in the single designated stall, so I'm left searching for a spot. Because of this, I plan to leave before my lease is up, fearful I will lose my car if I can't find a space. Thus, I cannot recommend this complex to anyone wishing to keep their vehicle and advise people to avoid it. Additionally, my mother had to evacuate from Auberry due to the fires and this is her only option outside of a motel or hotel. What do I tell her? 'Sorry your house may burn down, but you're welcome here if you want to risk not finding a parking spot and having your car towed. Otherwise, you can pay for a hotel room you may not be able to afford, while your home and possessions, as well as your job, could be burning as we speak.'more ...hide ...

Not bad my mom and sister loved their apartments Comes with washer and dryers plus huge rooms and restrooms Gym onsite plus a room you can rent for all you parties with enough room for a crowd Pretty nice

The manager who goes by €œNena€ tried to scam me by not accepting my 30 day notice to keep my deposit. She was never in the office she was always out of town in San Jose were she€™s from. She lets here children run wiled on the apartments as well as neighbors kids and she has family argument on plain view very unprofessional the police was there frequently they even know here by name. The worst part was the gun shootings, shots actually came inside my unit and almost killed me. Lots of shady things happen there I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.more ...hide ...
