The office staff dont return phone calls They are not afraid of HUD and will not send information on low income apartments

I applied to this apt bldg over a year ago I got a call an apt was available but had an absolutely terrible experience with the application process Two months of providing income info incl tax returns prior earned income banking info etc we still got I applied to this apt bldg over a year ago I got a call an apt was available but had an absolutely terrible experience with the application process Two months of providing income info incl tax returns prior earned income banking info etc we still got the run around because they somehow just could not understand that I was no longer employed in another state no less I submitted ridiculous amts of info and resubmitted things a couple of times as they couldnt find it I finally told them to keep their dang apt Would never recommend them Thanks more ... hide ...

This place is dirty as hell The hallways need repainting and recarpeted and they smell The grass is dead in most areas and nothing is ever fixed unless it is something minor There are NO monthly activities and the activity room is a joke
