Have had a lot of stress with the office staff but the new owner seems to be pretty nice I get that they are under stress with everything but I hope they will stop taking it out on their tenants I cant take the stress of it

one star is only because the grounds are nice and the building is clean.Otherwise this place would rate as a zero. They are good to those who have lots of family around or seem to have access to money. However, they single out the most vulnerable to humiliate, verbally assault, threaten, leave out, harass, evict and even block members of family from getting into apt when patient is in hospital. they profile ,lie, gossip, make false accusations and charges to authorities. they Enter apartments without notice, put pets on the street if resident is in a hospital for more than a certain amount of time even if the resident has made arrangements for the pet to be taken care of. They call medical facilities and lie about family members. Oh and they retaliate relentlessly. I could go on and on and on.. Horrific place..more ...hide ...
There are sometimes parking issues, but the manager is kind-hearted and fair. There are a lot of nice people who live there and it is very close to the mall as well as 3 other shopping centers, several restaurants.
