What can I say about this place I only pick up kids from here As in all places because of covid19 their grass and landscaping needs attention The people Ive spoken with seem to like living there I know nothing about their management
Management is rude unprofessional and useless Too many unauthorized people living on property that are not on the lease too many cockroaches everywhere bed bugs
I would have given 5 stars but the kids are so loud at night sometimes and no one is addressing the noise level These apartments are old but well maintained Neighbors are friendly

Totally appreciate his ethics and the way he conducts business: no nonsense, straight shooter, gets things done. Florins crew is productive and doesnt dally. Location is great: peaceful, quiet, clean, well kept, very close to Ralphs, pharmacy and foodies. Balcony is large. Floors are wooden. Covered parking. Not into public laundromats but these were pretty Good and there are plenty. There has never been a bug issue because they spray every week on Fridays and at your request. Rent was raised once in 2.5 years. And if youre lucky, you can pick fresh citrus from the trees lol! STRONGLY RECOMMENDED AS LONG AS FLORIN IS IN CHARGE.
