Worst apartment complex ever I wish I could rate it 0 stars My brother had his motorcycle stolen the same day he got it There are no cameras around Thankfully it was found The manager doesnt know how to manage We had our AC broken for 3 summers in a Worst apartment complex ever I wish I could rate it 0 stars My brother had his motorcycle stolen the same day he got it There are no cameras around Thankfully it was found The manager doesnt know how to manage We had our AC broken for 3 summers in a row with temperatures reaching over 110 degrees outside It took them 3 summers to finally do something about it When they finally started working on it it took the whole summer with temperatures reaching over over 90 degrees inside My brother threatened not to pay rent until they fixed it but the manager threatened to kick us out after she found out that my brother parks his motorcycle in the little 5 feet by 10 feet yard Finally they started working on it and they fixed it it was still malfunctioning They also had a mice problem before we moved in and they did nothing about it when we told the manager We have asked around and the neighbors had nothing nice to say about the manager as well more ... hide ...

Had grate time of working on property as Maintenance tech for little more than 5 years had good communication with tenants and had chance to meet a lot of good people and families

Lived there for 8 years disabled and on oxygen Evicted for things out of my control Pest problems are not fault of tenants but the management wants to do one unit at a time instead of the whole complex then blames the tenant for their infestation
