I have to say I havent seen such a bad property management in my life before they are bullying the tenants they are rude and taking advantage of our seniors Recently they delayed fixing the only elevator in the building for 5 days when our seniors deI have to say I havent seen such a bad property management in my life before they are bullying the tenants they are rude and taking advantage of our seniors Recently they delayed fixing the only elevator in the building for 5 days when our seniors depend on this elevator My mom just recently passed in this building and they charged her deposit 15 days for not giving them the one month notice I told them God didnt give me a notice and you should ask for a month notice either so they only charged me 15 days I wish there was a negative 100 stars for this review so I could give them what they deservemore ...hide ...

When my rent became over the top at the Apartment Complex I was living at I decided to check out Corinthian House. I had put my name on there waiting list some time ago. I had put my name on there waiting list some time ago. Much to my delight they had an opening for a one bedroom apartment.I had read some reviews on the web, some not so good and a few very good. I decided to wait and see for myself what my opinion of the apartments were like. Much to my delight my new apartment is the same square footage as my old apartment. When I moved in it was freshly painted and new carpet. It was so clean and I felt very positive.I have been living here since March and I am very impressed with the staff that cares, yes cares for all the residents. They greet you when you come into the lobby with smiles, even if they have had bad days.Yes the complex is older, but it has been updated and kept cleaned. The gardens are well maintained and everyone seems to be happy.I have meet some wonderful people and hope to be here for along time.more ...hide ...
I live here and I love it very much. It is a senior place. They did my apt over and they gave me a new bathroom. I have a walk in shower Ÿš and I love it. I have a new refrigerator and stove.
