Yes security cameras on front and back gates or allow residents to supply their own security camera on their units We have had break ins cars stolen mine and others and the fence is too easy for undesirables to hop over That cant be fixed but maybe c Yes security cameras on front and back gates or allow residents to supply their own security camera on their units We have had break ins cars stolen mine and others and the fence is too easy for undesirables to hop over That cant be fixed but maybe cameras would deter them We need a way for back side gate to be opened with an electronic eye for wheelchairscooter disabled residents The gate does open and close slowly but one must still stand up to open the gate And this is outside the complex but still an annoyance to residents There is a motor near the walking trail off Melody Drive or the end of Wharton Way that runs 24 hours with a loud hum that can be heard from any room in my unit My neighbor called City of Concord about it a year or so again when it kept him awake all night I believe they said it was a part of East Bay water company It was stopped for a short while but is back again and disturbs my sleep If it could be set to run during the day say 8 to 5 rather than 24 hours a day it would be great more ... hide ...

Yes its a very nice place to live that is if you dont mind your car being occasionally broken into your apartment being broken into plus the rent increases Other then that its a very nice senior complex I might add that this complex is suppose to be Yes its a very nice place to live that is if you dont mind your car being occasionally broken into your apartment being broken into plus the rent increases Other then that its a very nice senior complex I might add that this complex is suppose to be a low income senior community well when I moved here my rent was 913 dollars a month hence why I moved here and since then I have had 5 rent increases Today all of us in this complex just got a rent increase again from 109800 dollars a month to 123800 dollars a month starting July 1st So if you want to move here make sure you can afford it more ... hide ...
