They communicate with all sorts of tenants from different backgrounds and tend to work orders in a prompt manner. The grounds are kept neat and attractive, which is something my friends have commented on.
Sandra and Mayra have a very personalized approach and are very accommodating to each individual situation. With over 65 years of experience living in Watsonville and 13 years of being a property manager, I can certainly appreciate their efforts in creating a friendly and professional atmosphere. This is reflected in the high attendance of all the events held at this property annually. They strive to create a safe atmosphere for the children and adults, taking into account the many hours of work the parents put in.
