They may appear professional initially, yet in truth only one of them is; the other is lazy and usually on site. People are impolite, dogs bark incessantly even though they are not supposed to have them, and parking issues are frequent. We are not allowed to contact the towing organization so if you can't find a spot, you are out of luck. Constant marijuana smell is present. They will tell you there are no roaches, but in reality, there are. Cleaning is not done properly, so if you are foolish enough to move in, make sure to tidy up as well. Everything is aged and obsolete (apart from a few units) and breaks easily. Music is played at loud volumes in the mornings on weekends and late at night every day of the week. People are disrespectful and impolite. While the rooms are spacious, there is no air circulation and there are no kitchen windows. Nothing is good enough to make up for the poor conditions.
