On the other hand, we regularly hear our neighbors, and BBQ smoke almost always finds its way into our home, regardless of how well we seal the windows and doors. Besides, the neighborhood has been declining over the past two years, with an increase in crime and car break-ins. If you're away from home most of the time and don't mind being exposed to noise and BBQ smoke, then this may be the place for you. However, if you want peace and quiet, the option to open your windows, and security for your car, then I suggest looking elsewhere.
