Your rent is only 30„… of your total monthly income (I pay $340/month)...!!!CONS: Living in a two-story building with thirty other residents (and all their issues) and no separate, single-resident restrooms/showers; just four restrooms/showers per floor. Is it worth it? Is the incredibly low rent worth the hassle? After living here for five years, I think it is. It's clean housing in San Francisco with benefits like free in-house nursing and an SSI raise of $300 for just 30„… of your monthly income (which for me is only $340 a month)! You just have to keep the area you live in clean, and treat the bathroom floor like an old-fashioned dog run, where owners had to clean up after their pets! more ... hide ...
