Than when Ed reached out and than lied about the lease saying my mother needed a valid license and register car to park yet lease says nothing. (My sister uses spot to care for them and has been for years) now its not ok hmmm They are incentive people and only are concerned with rent checks. He personally said if we did not comply he would have my mother evicted yet he is not complying to the lease he signed and agreed to stating parking spot belongs to tenant occupant. I would think twice about your parents living here. I thought they were a nice living home for seniors and maybe care but its only the tenants who care for each other.. Not the greedy owners.
