Soon after moving in, the AC compressor went out and was not fixed for a week. A cleanup crew came and set up fans and dehumidifiers for the night, as it was late. I asked the office if I could have some rent reduction due to the AC and water leak, but they said to file a claim with my renters insurance, as that was its purpose. My experience at Alison Pointe was not good, and I wouldn't advise anyone to rent there; the rent is low for a reason, as they don't buy quality items or replace faulty ones. more ... hide ...

I moved here in October 2020 The staff bent over backwards to get me in The apartment is beautiful compared to our previous homes They like everyone else are having a hard time finding ppl to work so maintenance is a bit slow but they WILL come
