I would not suggest anyone to live here! Since I have resided here for nearly a year, I have had nothing but dissatisfaction and complaints. These range from mold, roaches, gnats, snakes, malfunctioning appliances, and discourteous neighbors. The maintenance man is unambitious and fails to keep the buildings in good condition. My air conditioner stopped working and I had to suffer through the heat for multiple days until the maintenance man showed up – but by then, I had already resolved the issue on my own. I have also requested pest control several times due to the roaches and gnats coming out of the sink drains and vents, but no one has come to address the problem even though I submitted the request two months ago. Additionally, I have been asking for a new dishwasher for close to a year now, since mine does not drain properly and the dirty water accumulates until it overflows. This has resulted in a gnat infestation in my apartment and the only action taken by maintenance was to turn on the rinse cycle. The water will be flushed away momentarily, but it gradually starts to refill with food particles. Don't move here because it is not worth the $650 monthly rent with the lack of upkeep from maintenance. more ... hide ...

Maintenance doesnt do their job not too mention a snake problem and the tenants above 55 are rude dont obey the rules of the 8 am to 10 pm noise ordinance and not to mention he was caught looking through tenant 55 daughter window who is 5 and was tak Maintenance doesnt do their job not too mention a snake problem and the tenants above 55 are rude dont obey the rules of the 8 am to 10 pm noise ordinance and not to mention he was caught looking through tenant 55 daughter window who is 5 and was taking pictures of the kids but peoples privacy is always a plus I have been visiting 55 for a week and the tenants above 55 have been nothing but noisey and rude the child or whoever runs from 5 am until after 11pm and they dont make her stop but its about respect if the noise ordinance says 8 to 10 why is these people always up way before 8 am keeping up racket I am glad she is moving this is ridiculous to have to go through this let alone cant let your kids play outside because of the snake problem outside can be a whole lot better especially for an upscale apartment complex and for the prices they charge this place should be kept up a whole lot better more ... hide ...
