The resident manager, Susan, is a terrible manager for this complex. She rummages through closets, drawers and cupboards, and even under beds. It seems Morrow Realty isn't worried about a lawsuit until Susan causes one. Tenants deserve respect and having their personal property searched is not part of her job. Susan asked everyone to sign a no-smoking form, though she smokes in her own apartment. When the office is unattended, it is likely that she is on a cigarette break. She also does not do her duty of patrolling the grounds and managing any issues that appear on the premises. If she concentrated on being a proper manager instead of snooping, she would know who is who and who their visitors are. Potential renters should be aware that they will not be able to reach anyone at Morrow Realty to make complaints against Susan and her intrusive examination of their personal items. On the company's website, there is no way to get in contact with the Site Manager (Susan's immediate boss) or anyone else above them. Future Renters Beware!!!more ...hide ...

I love the location and the work location as well because theres lots of jobs around the apartment complex such as I myself I dont have a car and Im hoping to get a three bedroom because I have two kids and its perfect bI love the location and the work location as well because theres lots of jobs around the apartment complex such as I myself I dont have a car and Im hoping to get a three bedroom because I have two kids and its perfect because my kids both go to Eccles and county high in the bus picks them up for school and drop them off well they will be when I get in apartment which hopefully will be sometime after January 1st so please everybody pray that I get this because I need it very much and without adding too much detail we need this very much because of the fact that me and my father do not get along and I am a divorcee looking to start a new life! The funny part is that Nanny the grandmother that raised my ex-husband live there for a long time until she later on mood again and develops cancer may she rest in peace but thats Tuscaloosa for you as a small town! However theyve done a lot of adjustments and theyre much nicer today and I would choose these apartments over most of the expensive ones and thats all I have to say about that.
