I am new into town for work for 8 to 12 months I know from all the money Ive spent working on the road that I can get an apartment for this amount of time cheaper than staying in a hotel that is ACTUALLY CLEAN From my experiences I would never rent I am new into town for work for 8 to 12 months I know from all the money Ive spent working on the road that I can get an apartment for this amount of time cheaper than staying in a hotel that is ACTUALLY CLEAN From my experiences I would never rent here and I havent even spoken to anyone about the property nor have I called the place But when I am looking for a place and you dont even have pictures of your property on your website and you dont have interior pictures of your units yea dont think I am that stupid What a waste Nothing but pictures of a kid playing with bubbles like 1 or 2 different families sitting on a couch and a picture of a rolled up towel SERIOUSLY Must be a dump of an apartment complex or they would take pride and have actual pictures of their property in its entirety like all the other apartment complexs have Not going to get my business Not even wasting my time going to see this dump After realizing I pass this complex on my way to work I realize why there are no pictures of this property on their website more ... hide ...

I lived here in the late 80s Was called Crooked Creek Apartments back then Looks like they have not kept up on much of anything Used to have a nice club house great tennis courts and the lawns were manicured nicely Such a shame

Management is great they work hard to keep the place look great Updating and improving Units I would recommend this Complex Swimming pool is 100 the Cleanest in City

However, the current manager, Malta Jones, has been uncooperative and has made up a variety of excuses to not fix things. Our apartment has two different colors since one of the workers simply mixed some paint and now we can't get the entire apartment that color since we don't know what he blended. Additionally, the kitchen counter underneath the sink is completely decayed and collapsing. It has been this way for the whole six years we've been here and she has done nothing but put wooden boards over it to conceal it. The building is swarming with cockroaches and despite us spraying daily, we are unable to rid them since they are not providing any type of pest control, despite being next to a heavily wooded area. Moreover, she loves to threaten to evict you for even the slightest thing. She will also talk down to you and expects you to not do the same. She even instructed my parents to be quiet and stop speaking in our own house. Therefore, I would advise anyone against living here while it is still under her management. more ... hide ...
