One of the worse apartments that Ive live in I should have noticed when my family and I were some of the oldest tenants their and we were only there for 2 years They dont fix anything if you write down what needs to be fixed at the beginning of you m One of the worse apartments that Ive live in I should have noticed when my family and I were some of the oldest tenants their and we were only there for 2 years They dont fix anything if you write down what needs to be fixed at the beginning of you moving in dont expect it to be corrected They didnt start to do any work until we gave notice that we were moving out The most dangerous thing to the garbage disposal wires was hanging open under the sink while the sink had a bad leak The water system is nasty They blame on the city but its not the city its the plumbing problem in that complex Your bath water will come out looking like Flint Michigan water We spent so much money on buying water that it was ridiculous I wouldnt suggest anyone living here because of the lack of interest that maintenance has in fixing or repairing things Their always in the complexbut they are never working on any more ... hide ...
