I would like to thank the Owner for hiring pest control that has made a WORLD of difference I am so grateful and appreciative The apartments are older but i enjoy the apartments they are very cozy and they have washer and dryer and great price I do hI would like to thank the Owner for hiring pest control that has made a WORLD of difference I am so grateful and appreciative The apartments are older but i enjoy the apartments they are very cozy and they have washer and dryer and great price I do have a complaint and that is my neighbors They blast their music and wake up my kid all the time and it is annoying I mean i can hear every lyric every curse every beat literally while laying in my bed trying to sleep myself since I work the night shift I am afraid to say anything for fear of my safety but if the owner could reiterate the rules and or put reminders on our doors of curfew times andor just being curteous to neighbors that would be awesome Thanks Thirds AvenuennUPDATE Letters have been placed on our doors reiterating the rules and I am SUPER THANKFUL for that I really enjoy my little neighborhood and blended neighbors I want us all to live in an enviornment that is friendly and enjoyable You get five stars from me Thanks again for listening to your loyal renteesmore ...hide ...

I dont or havent lived there. I have been to this place several times to deliver items. The smell is horrid. It takes your breath away. And the elevator shakes. Everything is observed at this complex! From guests coming in and out to who comes over! The landlord banned my child€™s father from coming to watch her while I work because his family came to see him and our daughterEverything is observed at this complex!
